Riah said “go on babe choke him out”.  I felt Erin wiggling her boot heel onto my throat again and felt the pressure increasing as she put all her weight onto it.  A couple of bounces was all it took to overpower the muscles in my neck and my windpipe was again clamped shut under her heel.  Within a few seconds my body was thrashing around.  I was unable to get my hands up to defend myself and the combination of Riah on my face and Erin flattening my throat was doing its job.  I felt the lights in my eyes dim and I was out. The girls left me to clean myself up in the bathroom and when I eventually came out I went into the kitchen to get some paracetamol.  My whole head but in particular my nose was absolutely throbbing.  I downed the tablets with a glass of water and turned round to face the girls.  They were sitting at the counter having a coffee.  Erin had her phone and said “let me take a quick pic of your nose.  The rest of the girls want to see.”  She snapped a couple of pics of my face and then handed me the phone and said “take a pic of our boots.”  She sent them off to the group then put her phone down.

Riah looked at me and said “ready for round 2?” as she finished the rest of her coffee.  “Are you fucking joking?” I replied, “you broke my nose It’s going to be a while before you stand on my face again.”  “Oh man up will you”, replied Erin sarcastically, “it’s just your nose.  If you want your face stood on what do you expect is going to happen?”  “Yeah I know, and I don’t mind” I replied “but you need to give it a few weeks now to heal.”  “Haha”, replied Riah “I think we all know that’s not going to happen”.  “Exactly” agreed Erin.
