I was sitting at a table, tucked away in the corner but close to the dance floor. It was my normal routine to hit up Park Place. It was a night club in the Northern part of San Antonio.
This place actually had five clubs in one, down stairs you had Denium&Diamonds. My stomping grounds, it was a country bar and my usual Saturday night hang out.
Walk through an opening and you entered Bell Bottoms, this was a 60s/70s club they played music from that era. The place was fun, the dance floor had four raised platforms about four foot up, with kind of a cage.
Then upstairs you had this Tec club, honestly to me that was just noise. Not my kind of place. Was always packed, and well a tall, thin guy in a brush popper shirt, hat, boots, and a rodeo buckle. I stuck out like a sore thumb.
Next to that club you had a karaoke bar. Was fun to watch, other get up and sing. Then just a quiet bar to enjoy a drink, or watch the game.. Continue reading “A girl named Lee part 1“
